The outreach component of this project is built around sharing the notion of Productive Disagreement. Simply put, this is the idea that it is possible to engage with ideas we disagree with in productive and positive ways. The programme targets Key Stages 3 and 4, and will consist of:

 

• A pack for teachers, outlining the ideas and proposing exercises but leaving scope for them to adapt it to their needs. 

• Workshops run by trained facilitators. 

• Subsidised tickets to see the show. 

 

We are beginning with a pilot trial alongside the Fringe run. Feedback will be incorporated, and the scope of engagement expanded as the play goes on tour and more funding can be raised to support it.
